Galileidonna: See website ( http://www.galileidonna.tv ), though you'll usually find the term in any Japan-oriented search. Why all these English websites choose to completely ignore it is, as always, beyond me.

Medarot: Marketing has always clearly written "Medarot".

Is tacking donna onto the end of a name a common thing in italian? Galileo Galilei -> galilei donna is perfectly logical breakup of the name if it's not, regardless of how the japanese write it.

Additionally, the official website appears to space it as both Galilei Donna in this image and Galileidonna in this one so I don't think we're under any onus to prefer one or the other.
