There does exist a pedophile tag that would cover the concept.
Sidenote: I'm not sure lolicon should be aliased to loli, since lolicon can also refer to a character who has an attraction toward prepubescent girls. I guess to try and express it better lolicon can be split into two meanings, one which is essentially saying "pedophilic" (as in pedophilic images) and the other "pedophile." Right now its being used to say "pedophilic," but I think it would be more common for people to see it as meaning "pedophile" first.
Lolicon/Loli's sibling concept Shotacon is empty and does not have a similar alias to shota. So right now the lolicon to loli alias is unique.
