create alias hand_on_stomach -> hand_on_another's_stomach
Consistency with other "hand on body part"-type tags. I already retagged pictures of "hand_on_own_stomach".
Edit: Alternatively, maybe hand_on_stomach should be emptied into hand_on_another's_stomach, then given a wiki in the same vein as hands_on_head's, clarifying its non-use. That seems less ambiguous than the alias. What do other people think?
