I downloaded post #3796 for a look and it was a hard-translated chapter of a commercially-published manga. Isn't that against TOS?
+1 for purging
Edit: Even if they contained something worth keeping, RARs don't work in the site interface. If there was anything of use, I think it should be reuploaded as an individual image.
And then there is the creative way of embedding an archive within an image, like post #63054. That way, everyone can be happy~!
But in all seriousness, some pruning might be in order.
