Seems that bath comes first more often. Or maybe they're both equally common.

The alias could be reversed so you can type the english phrase but the tag itself will be japanese.

That's rather silly to say, since if the English is easier to remember, then it would be worthwhile to have the alias exist to aid in finding the appropriate tag. We already have absolute_territory aliased to zettai_ryouiki, and it is helpful to have the search bar lead someone to the tag they're looking for by having such aliases exist.
