Adding an "otsukaresama" tag

Can't we have an "otsukaresama" (お疲れ様) or similar ("greetings"?) tag, so that we can remove the translation_request tag from posts like this (post #2167980) and this (post #2172786)?
Yes, I can translate them all into "good job at xxx" easily, but it sounds phony in English, and moreover, it doesn't convey any useful information.

post #2172786 deserves a convention_greeting tag.

Edit: Looks like the convention_greeting tag can't be used for replacing the translation_request tag. Can we make a rule so that it can?
