I'm more unsure about this since an exteded downblouse is a bit more than a normal downblouse but it's basically the same.
Btw. shouldn't downblouse implicate cleavage? Because the posts with downblouse + flat_chest show as far as I can see girls with small_breasts and therefore cleavage exists.
