Seiyuu_connection tag question

Wiki page: seiyuu connection

I have a case which doesn't really seem to comply with any of the descriptions used on the wiki page and I'm wondering if the tag is still applicable.

Post in question: post #1553134

All five characters in the post have the same voice actress. They are in a motherly/daughterly situation, but they aren't actually related. Their sharing of a voice actress could be seen as a family tie though, almost like genetics. The post is not humorous though, nor is it a crossover.

Could the seiyuu_connection tag still be added to it?

Their voice actress (in case anyone wonders): http://myanimelist.net/people/19834/Aya_Suzaki

I think the tag only applies if it's a crossover.

It can apply to a single copyright, and there are a lot of Kantai Collection images that are legitimately tagged as such. But the characters can't be connected often in another way (like many ships of the same class that have the same VA: that would seriously dilute the tag), or if they are, the seiyuu connection must be specifically mentioned (like post #1664383). This one is kind of a borderline case. I would say not to tag it as the "motherly Houshou" meme allows for a lot of examples and isn't really specifically meant as a seiyuu connection.

I'm really not convinced that this case warrants seiyuu_connection tag. Granted both Hanazawa Kana and Ishida Akira are acting in both anime, but others (Hikasa Youko included) are not. There is no resemblance between their respective charas, it's just the danganronpa team looking cool in suits from psychopass (though they're quite generic ones).

The Hanakana characters are in the same position (see post #1374178). You can argue that Ishida Akira doesn't belong, because his characters are not positioned the same, but seiyuu connection does not need all characters to match. Just one is sufficient.

In that case should Ishida Akira's tag be removed or not?
Hikasa Youko's tag is definitely out, I presume.

Hikasa doesn't voice anyone in the Psycho-Pass franchise at all, so I'm not sure why she was added. I'm a bit ambivalent on whether it's enough of connection to merit Ishida being tagged. He does voice characters in both images even if the positions don't match.
