Creation of Pool:Gensokyo's Pantheon

Hi everyone

I want to know if can be created the Pool of the Pantheon of Gensokyo, since gensokyo have actually a lot of goddesses and divine spirits.

Like the pool #2353 (Stages Gathering) and pool #1053 (Old Maid Alliance), is appliable to enter to this pool every image which contains at least 3 goddesses which appeared in touhou games, as above:

Hakurei God
Shinki
Shiki Eiki
Yasaka Kanako
Moriya Suwako
Kochiya Sanae
Aki Shizuha
Aki Minoriko
Kagiyama Hina
Hecatia Lapislazuli
Sagume Kishin
Junko

They have at least 3 goddess, and not have an number of normal characters higher than the number of goddess

i've planned to add Angels (like Sariel), Yakhsa (Like Konngara), and Saints to the pool, but they are relative but not the same to fit in pool, and i haven't added them to proposition

"Stages gathering" is directly inspired by game series (which is prime source of fan-art).
Old Maid Alliance have a lots of shared traits and, as pool describes, originating from "Council of Five Elders" tag at pixiv.

"Pantheoning" this stuff is same as "internet holy war" - turbid and endless

At first - between most of them sole trait connection is being goddess.

One-third of Gensokyo can be in the "Pantheon" with all additional conditions. IMO there must be single religion or at least single "heaven" to be the pantheon. Touhou characters is a mix of creatures from various religions, mythologies, fairy tales, so technically multiple pantheons. And that is not counting direct use of real-life deities (i.e. Myoren temple is worshipping Vaiśravaṇa or conjuration of various Shinto gods by Reimu and Yorihime and so on).

For example: Hecatia_Lapislazuli, Shiki_Eiki and Onozuka_Komachi could be "pantheoned" as greek deities as Hecate, Hades and Charon respectively - they could be prime candidates because of their role. But of all touhou characters only Hecatia is directly inspired by greek goddess.

Shiki Eiki is Hindu Yama, who judges souls after death.

Onozuka_Komachi is Shinigami, but 1) shinigami is more sort of grim reaper; 2) in touhouverse - shinigami are workers with various afterlife-oriented jobs. To put again with greek analogy: their tasks ranging from being moirai to charons (latter being current job assignment for Komachi)

I would suggest that this pool be limited to images that emphasize the characters' divine nature and actually appearing godlike. Otherwise, what's the point? When you make a pool based solely on having the right combinations of characters, you risk going down the road of pool #5271 and the problems inherent to such pools.

Of the candidate posts linked above, post #1475942 in particular doesn't seem very pantheon-like to me.

As my proposal, they could enter because shows only the goddess which appeared on Touhou 10 (Mountain of Faith)
