With 232 images that rei_no_himo search is still 4 times larger than bikini jeans.

Then again it certainly shouldn't imply it as images of hestia (danmachi) wearing it obviously shouldn't be included (particularly when the emphasis is not on the ribbon itself).

IDK why bikini_jeans didn't catch on, but they were definitely a (short-lived) meme.

Should include these also:

• virgin killer outfit
• front zipper swimsuit

The black bikini shirt lift also is meme attire IMO, but we don't have a tag for that I believe

With regards that last point, does something getting drawn twice, by two different artists, count as a meme? I would argue that it doesn't.

Probably not.
I think that if we have such a tag, then there is a distinction between clothes (meme attire) and non-clothes (meme).
Also, it would water down the meme tag with only 1k posts.

Having a rigorous definition first wouldn't hurt. I don't see much similarity between post #1114344 and post #2470024, so it isn't clear what the meme is, besides "clothing with profanity on it". Besides, the latter example isn't even a shirt.
