Non-Japanese language commentary_request

This came up a long time ago in the last couple replies in topic #3977. Many of the language tags' wiki pages specify "Images containing text in ... language", so posts with non-Japanese commentary_request generally aren't tagged to indicate the commentary language. I agree with 葉月 that these posts should have the appropriate language tag, so translators can find them. The wiki pages could say something like "Images containing text or with commentary in ...".

I just tag commentary_request + chinese for instance. This shouldn't cause much trouble for commentary translators using the tags to find things to translate since the annotations and commentary will likely be the same language.

Well, aren't the language tags to be used when the language is displayed on the image itself?
The artist commentary is not really and sometimes it might be helpful to find for example a russian commentary and so you can find it faster.
