[APPROVED] Butt_plug_tail clean-up

remove implication butt_plug_tail -> butt_plug
create alias butt_plug_tail -> anal_tail

Butt plug tail was changed to anal tail but there are still some remnants that need to be cleaned up.
It was actually pretty difficult to find the new tag only knowing the old one so, we should alias them for easier discovery.

Looking into it it might have been manually changed and no cleanup was done, maybe more aliases and implications need to be considered.

Edit: looks like a bulk request was approved to change butt_plug_tail -> butt_plug anal_tail even though only 2 people agreed to it :/.
Very strange. When you see anal_tail the 1st thought is an anal tail insertion, not a but-plug with a tail end but i guess this is what we have now.

EDIT: The bulk update request #1920 (forum #153717) has been approved by @Hillside_Moose.

anal_beads anal_tail is a thing, so that second implication shouldn't be.

Still trying to find out what needs to be done for this change to clean up the tags.
Any other suggestions, come forth.

The tag alias butt_plug_tail -> anal_tail has conflicting wiki pages. anal_tail should be updated to include information from butt_plug_tail if necessary.
