[REJECTED] Nessa -> Rurina

BUR #2041 has been rejected.

create alias nessa_(pokemon) -> rurina_(pokemon)

Reason: While I still don't agree with the policy that we should use jp. names over official eng. names of a character, this is an alias that seems necessary as there are a lot of missed searches and most artists label her as Nessa on their artworks, like in post #3539263.
This artist is japanese but he also uses Nessa on the artwork. Another point of actually using the English name...

Have to agree with just using English names, considering the Pokemon all use their English names (searching for Eifie returns no results, they're all under Espeon). It'd help to normalize it, since we don't tag pictures of Misty and Goldeen as "Kasumi and Tosakinto", but "Kasumi and Goldeen".

May have something to do with her initial reveal taking place at the floor demo at E3, a trade show located in Los Angeles, CA in the US.
Had her reveal been at the Tokyo Game Show, all the Japanese would be using Rurina.
