I don't really see why we need an implication for a tag that only has five posts, especially when three of those posts are just variations by the same artist.

Yes, fine_art_parody is implicated by a lot of other titles, but those implications were created years and years ago when attitudes toward implications of dubious necessity were a lot different than they are today. There may be hundreds of other works of art that have been parodied by anime artists; should we track them all down and create implications for them too? Is it worth the added overhead to have an implication that only matters once every couple years? I don't think so, sorry.
