create implication chocolate_bar -> chocolate
Because it already implicates candy for some reason, and while the definition of of candy may be debatable, there shouldn't be any doubt that chocolate bars are made from chocolate. There are hundreds of posts tagged chocolate_bar -chocolate where it appears that the tagger assumed this implication already existed.
I considered the existence of white chocolate bars as a possible objection to this implication, but white_chocolate already implicates chocolate, so this shouldn't pose a problem. Besides, confections not made from chocolate probably shouldn't be tagged chocolate_bar in the first place.
