User kittey removing male_focus

I've got a user that seems to be removing male_focus on this picture:

male_focus seems like a perfectly valid tag. If I'm wrong please let me know.

The reason might have been because the character is tagged as 1other, thus not male.

The real question is: why is that character tagged as 1other? That's very clearly a man. It's not really ambiguous.

Yes, I removed male focus because the character is tagged 1other. Other characters aren’t male and thus there’s no male focus.

I don’t have a clue about FGO characters, so I checked a bunch of romulus quirinus (fate/grand order) posts and pretty much all were tagged 1other. FGO is full of characters that look like X but are supposed to be Y or Z, so I didn’t question that.

Didn't we agree that characters that look male should be tagged male, even if they're canonically unspecified (and same for females)? I just had to fix post #3986394 which was tagged as 1girl after a discussion on discord brought the character up, this seems kind of absurd to me.

Just so everyone knows the canon facts, Romulus Quirinus's FGO profile says this:

For Romulus, who was conceptualized as the ultimate being, things like characteristics as a life form or position on the world don’t apply anymore.

I have no strong opinion on what would be the proper tag to use here, other than noting that this seems like a similar case to qin_shi_huang_(fate/grand_order), who is also generally depicted with a masculine body type.
