You needed to click the "Request alias/implication" button at the top inside the appropriate thread.

For reference, this is a populated tag on other boorus (Sankaku (927) / Rule34.xxx (203) / Xbooru (348)) and it's aliased to eye contact on e621. That said, there are situations like post #4130426 where the characters are looking back at each other without directly making eye contact, and ones like in post #1558180 where one person is looking at a limb rather than the other person's face.
