Danbooru standard romanization -> official romanization aliases

create alias toogata_mirio -> togata_mirio
create alias yuukoku_roberu -> yukoku_roberu

Some users don't consume translated content, and are used to Danbooru's romanization system. Standardized romanizations, at least as aliases, improve usability by not requiring users to know official romanizations.

I'll preemptively note that "just type it following Danbooru's romanization system and wait to see if a different romanization pops up" isn't a good solution. If someone knows a character's name and spells it correctly, whether that's the official romanization or Danbooru's usual romanization, they should be able to search for that and find what they're looking for. (Also, the tag you're looking for may not even be the first suggestion; yuukoku_roberu suggests yuukoku_kiriko first). As evazion said in the Toosaka/Tohsaka thread, usability is important; and while users who prefer systematic romanization are clearly the minority, aliases (which I believe evazion has said have almost no performance impact) can easily improve usability for us.

Also, in case anyone thinks that Rene and Chris don't follow the system, they're in katakana and named after westerners, and the system already allows for that.

As a side note, most of the characters in this BUR are small enough that the alias could probably go the other way. But arguing about tag names on Danbooru is tiring, so I'll just say: in the future, if you're changing a tag to the official romanization, please at least include the Danbooru standard romanization as an alias. There are those of us who appreciate it.
