Heart hands with middle and index fingers?

To me, hand hearts made with the middle and index fingers (e.g. post #4105724, post #4225304) show up enough and differ enough from conventional ones (index + thumb: post #4286988, whole hand: post #4301336) to warrant a new tag.

I have no ideas for a good tag name though. Googling in Japanese tells me there's no real name for it while English gives nothing. No Pixiv tag either.
