BUR #4607 has been approved by @evazion.
create alias television_screen -> television
this tag seems to be redundant for television, and it's led to some posts missing the television tag when they clearly should have it. there's no wiki page for television screen, so am I just missing something?
I'd say to just mass-update. Television_screen could be repurposed for artworks that look like a CRT screen.

That would never work if the tag has been about actual televisions for all this time. It's been used like this since 2012, which shows that people don't care to differentiate, or that at least they understand "television screen" as the physical object.
