Incandescence, while being technically correct, is an obtuse term that you only hear in terms of light bulbs. Red_hot is another common way to describe this, and I doubt people will confuse this with Red Hots or Frank's Red Hot. Glowing_hot should cover all the colors emitted (red, orange, yellow, white). Red is the most common color.
