Tag Alias: akuma -> gouki

Aliasing akuma -> gouki.

Reason: English rename -> original Japanese name. Same character; we don't need two separate tags for him.

The alias already exists, albeit in the opposite direction.

Then it's in the wrong direction and needs to be fixed.

I have various objections to that, but it would take too much time and likely stray off-topic along the way for me to type it out.

Suffice it to say, I still support reversing the alias.

Is there a way to make the triple-name-shuffle characters' searches come up with a "Perhaps you meant...?" message up top? There's no way we can alias them (well, M. Bison would be "Mike Bison", or whatever his fullest name is), but a simple "yeah, you mean this guy" nudge up top would easily enough sort things out for those without the initiative to poke around (either here or relevent websites).
