Holiday greeting implications

Previously rejected in topic #5366 and again in topic #14826 because the phrase sometimes appears in posts that are otherwise completely unrelated to the holiday.

The christmas tag is vague and subjective, as evazion noted last time, but it should at least mean something. If we start using christmas for things like post #4660177, then it ceases to be useful for filtering out posts that aren't Christmas-related, and we might as well nuke it altogether at that point.

Fair point. I guess that doesn't happen with new year as often.
