We don't have tags like this for other animals, besides one post in multiple dogs. Do we need multiple cats? Should we make tags for other animals?

multiple dogs.
Pack of dogs exist. But it's for three dogs and more.

That's because those other animals don't matter.

You can never have enough cats.
Also, if I'm not mistaken, cats are very, very popular in our focus of art. So it makes sense for them to stand out.
We already moved cat focus to animal focus so I don't see why we can't do it with this as well.

I don't think it makes any sense to give cats special treatment just because it's a larger tag, or whatever the mindset is here. Rabbits are also commonly represented in groups, and there's no way to narrow the search down to a group of rabbits or a single rabbit. Dogs are equally popular as rabbits in art, but are more commonly single subjects, with no way to search for posts featuring two dogs, only pack of dogs for 3+ and too many dogs.
too_many_rabbits exists
also flock for birds

Which is for an unreasonable amount of rabbits, not two, or three, or four.
also flock for birds
The wiki actually says it's for any animal, which is a bit confusing.

The alternative would be having various tags for different groups of animals: flock, herd, pack, swarm, and so on. Some of these terms can be quite specific, e.g. a pride of lions, a troop of monkeys, or a pod of whales.
Surely you aren't suggesting that things could be made any less confusing by adopting many such tags and expecting taggers to be able to correctly match the collective nouns to the animals in question.

I suggested nothing of the sort, I'm not crazy. The only thing I'm suggesting is that the current setup is a mess, and should be standardized in some way. Also using a word normally understood to refer to birds as a tag for any animal is dumb. If people are only using it for birds, then they're using it wrong, but obviously no one is going to tag a bunch of dogs as a flock.
