deprecate fungus
fungus currently includes mushrooms, mold, and mistags. Doesn't make much sense to have a tag encompassing 2 different things solely because they are related taxonomically that also has nothing aliased to it. It makes more sense to have fungus deprecated and point to the other 2 tags.
