Right now, the hoodie tag encompasses a combination of hooded sweaters and hooded jackets that aren't being tagged as either. This is annoying enough, but it becomes particularly egregious when you look at the *_hoodie tags. Each one of them is fracturing *_jacket and *_sweater searches by instead having posts tagging as *_hoodie, while simultaneously being a needlessly specific combination tag for its *_hooded_jacket/*_hooded_sweater equivalents. It's as if we had tags like blue_collared_shirt or plaid_short_shorts.
Included in the BUR are all of the *_hoodie tags with more than 50 posts except for long_hoodie (which has no long_sweater equivalent) and edie_crop_hoodie, which is for a specific design. The hoodie tag itself also needs its posts to be tagged with jacket/sweater (at which point we can decide if we still need it or not), but for now we should take care of the smaller spinoff tags with this BUR.
