deprecate torn_thighhighs
Even though the colored legwear types have been adjusted, it doesn't appear to be the case for torn legwear types. I'm making the request according to how Danbooru currently handles torn legwear, rather than the changes applied to colored legwear.
A deprecation doesn't make sense in this scenario, you can't split torn pantyhose or torn thighhighs into even more granular tags, the options that I think that would make sense, though I don't particularly like any of them are:
Deprecating torn legwear and splitting it into the main 4 legwear types, it'd be the worst idea imo
Nuking these two tags and then deprecating them, we would achieve nothing deprecating them without replacing with something.
