my hindsight on tagging spree not knowing hair_spread_out exist

Problem is that this could also apply to floating hair.

On the hindsight, after reading the wiki definition of hair spread out isn't it kinda insisted that it need to be on a surface? I mean, from the pov of someone who hasn't seen the wiki definition of hair spread out, isn't it just mean that the hair just need to spread out/scattered no matter if it's on surface or floating?
No complaining if it's named hair_spread_on_surface though.
