Since Bradamante/Astolfo/Roland are all cousins, and I noticed a lot of their art together is lacking that tag, is it alright if I go through their art together and tag it as such?

Yeah I always see the community referring to them as Cousins, and I've never seen anyone once regard it is a spoiler.
