Want to add implications for Nose too, but to my surprise, she has an outfit I've never seen before as ichinose_uruha_(1st_costume).
Seems like, after she got her ichinose_uruha_(2nd_costume) in Jan 2020, she just never used the first one again, as far as I could find.
Since the 2nd outfit, the green jacket and hoodie combo, is the one even on her character profile, on the VSPO website, is this a situation where the 1st costume should be shifted to "(old)"?

And this is why you do thorough research on the VTubers you are tagging costumes for (though in this case, the fan wiki suffices, under 衣装/設定画 and 衣装一覧, depicting first debuts and revisions). Checking the official website on the Wayback Machine, as late as Dec 2020 it was still being used for merch, but it's not clear from official resources when she would've stopped using it because they seem just as content depicting her in the Lupinus group uniform in official art, or reusing the chibi art from the merch. Hell, if you go to VSPO's JP website, both are still used for her! Her more common costume does appear to be the one featured for her 2nd anniversary though.

Looking at her YouTube thumbnails, she still used art featuring her debut costume throughout 2020, though obviously in increasingly minimal amounts and lots of art reusing, and she even used some fanart of her OG as late as July 2021, but it seems very clear she had informally switched by then.

Since the 2nd outfit, the green jacket and hoodie combo, is the one, is this a situation where the 1st costume should be shifted to "(old)"?

You could probably make a reasonable argument to have her debut costume shifted to old, and all following costumes shifted up one in position.

Yep yep, that's why I posted here first, before going forward with the other wikis. Outfit tags already existed. but weren't implied or tagged, hoped someone knew more about this situation, but the history of early VSPO days, 2019-20 is pretty murky.

Didn't notice the chibi has the 1st costume though. That's by her character profile on the official site , in the bottom right corner .
This makes it an active outfit in my mind, even if she doesn't use it on stream. I'd keep it as the "1st costume" instead of "old", even if it's not the default anymore.
