Compare the one on danbooru and the one from wiki, the face area seems to have a higher resolution versoion photoshoped on it? Is it worth it to upload the original version too?

You are referring to post #5477336, which only has "Arknights" listed as a source. It's possible the uploader ripped it directly from the game, but their last activity was a couple months ago, so I don't know if we can confirm this.

Looking at both images, the face's sharpness seems more consistent with the rest of the image in the Danbooru post, so it's more likely to be the unaltered version. I don't know why the wiki's version is blurry. Do Arknights characters have different facial expressions for their character art? This is just a guess, but maybe the wiki version was obtained with a screen ripper instead of extracted directly from the asset files. That might explain why the face texture (assuming it is a separate texture) is blurry.

Can you provide a link to the wiki page you found the image on? It may help with figuring out why the image looks different, and we can verify it is still the currently displayed image on the wiki.

The 'wiki' one is from the Chinese wiki, linked from a few pages. The one on Danbooru is ripped directly from the game with the alpha mask applied via script, it should be exactly identical (pixel-wise, maybe not MD5-wise) to anyone else properly ripping sprites (it yields the same results as Aceship, for example, where a lot of our other sprites are uploaded from). I have no idea why PRTS's looks different. It's possible the sprite was updated in Arknights at some point. The PRTS one was a few months earlier than the Danbooru one.

Yes they have different expressions.

Not only is it blurry, but the facial feature placement of the wiki one is also slightly more forward than danbooru's version.
