rename the_radiance -> radiance_(hollow_knight)
Other Hollow Knight tags don't follow this format of putting "the" in front of their names (hollow_knight_(character), knight_(hollow_knight) etc.). If we don't do this, however, then such character tags will need to be changed instead, for consistency.
