visor cap -> hat has been previously rejected a few times before: topic #16003, topic #13191, topic #13141. I guess it depends on whether we define hat as "anything worn on the head" or "anything that covers the top of the head".

"Korean traditional hat" is a weirdly long qualifier. Are there other hats called "gats" that these need to be distinguished from?
Wikipedia calls their article on the Korean ones simply Gat (hat).
A traditional Korean hat. Fixing its lengthy qualifier as well. Currently there are no other hats called such.

create implication visor_cap -> hat
Attempting this again in light of the fact that visor caps were considered hats when deprecating the colored headwear tags (forum #268799) and we have a bunch of ambiguous colored visor tags that need cleaning up (forum #344694) and there should be a standard on if visor caps are, in fact, hats especially for the purposes of color tagging.
