TBH, I never liked the tag sailor senshi costume because its naming convention is way too similar to sailor senshi uniform. Since there are similar nontraditional_* tags that deal with alterations to common outfits, I figured that this would be a more easily discernible approach to handling Sailor Senshi uniforms that don't follow the coloration and designs to the official outfits. It's a weird situation, being both a cosplay and NOT a cosplay at the same time.

EDIT: Changed it from 'nontraditional' to 'unofficial'.

Those nontraditional_* tags are named this way because they allude to pre-existing real life clothing conventions, like how proper miko should look. There is no real-life tradition to uphold with Sailor Senshi costumes, the difference between fandesigns and canon designs is just the color palettes.

If anything, an adjective like "unofficial" or "fanmade" would work better.

That makes sense. I changed it to 'unofficial' for that reason.
