alias foot_bath -> soaking_feet

To further complicate things, ashiyu is used to refer to the public foot baths in Japan. The wiki page also specifies it can be used for foot-bathing appliances, but doesn’t seem to apply to simple pans/barrels of water.

To clean this up, I’d recommend doing three things.

1. Continue using soaking feet as the action. It’s too useful as a general tag. It covers soaking your feet in the river, while perched on the edge of a bath, using a dedicated foot bath, in the mouth of a giantess girl, everything.

2. Make the ashiyu tag refer only to a place. Remove the foot-bathing appliance side of it. There are only a couple handred posts, so this should be straightforward.

3. Change foot bath to foot bath (object). Have it refer to simple pans/barrels like in post #4480583 or post #3278326. Edit the wiki to mention that ashiyu should be used for the place specifically. Finally, manually go through and remove the tag where it’s being used as an action. Again, there aren’t a lot of posts to go through.
