Can someone with access to Lofter check if qingsimuchengxue18203 is the same artist as Nay Akane? There was a recent upload under the former (post #7471438) which turns out to be a dupe under the latter so I'm wondering if that's their Lofter profile or if it's a reposting account.

You can still have access to Lofter profile pages using a phone or using devtools to simulate a mobile device. The account has artworks from multiple artists, so that's most likely a reposter.
EDIT: I forgot to mention writing "https://www.lofter.com/front/blog/home-page/" before the handle also works, like https://www.lofter.com/front/blog/home-page/qingsimuchengxue18203.
