I don't see any reason for this to be a separate tag from manga cover.

Didn't realize manga cover existed. I was too technical and found tankoubon cover.
In that case, we should just deprecate tankoubon cover tag and alias it to manga cover.
Technically speaking, "tankoubon" is just a form-factor used by publishers in Japan. For example, light novel volumes are usually released in either tankoubon or bunkobon format. So I think that it would be better to manually move posts to appropriate tags and leave tankoubon_cover empty.
