The two tags refer to the same VTuber.
Sakura Aoi is a pretty generic name. While surprisingly there aren't any other artists or characters that have it (yet), there are several tags starting with "aoi_sakura", and the potential for confusion exists. Especially since two of the Aoi Sakuras (aoi_sakura_(vtuber) and aoi_sakura_3_(vtuber)) are also vtubers.
I would give the tag a qualifier of some sort, though ideally not "vtuber". I don't know if there's a typical way that we qualify indie vtubers for whom "_(vtuber)" isn't adequate, but could we use their Twitter handle (aooooooi_san) like we might do with an artist?

We really don't have a standard procedure in cases like that, but I haven't seen any issues with utilizing YT/Twitch channel names (ex. Melody (ProjektMelody)), or even synonyms for VTuber (ex Elly (VTuber)/Elly (VStreamer)), so basically anything that can help in distinguishing, so I don't see why Twitter handles wouldn't be an option either.
Ideally, we'd want to also have qualifiers not be confusing, though we're dealing with folks who'll probably have very little representation on Danbooru generally and at bare minimum folks will be directed to the proper tags via Other Names (as long as people remember to make wikis and fill those in properly).

In that case, since she calls herself a "Vsinger" in her twitter display name, sakura_aoi_(vsinger) seems like it will work.
Unless anyone disagrees or has a better idea, I can manually move the posts to that tag over in a few days. I don't think there should be any aliases put in place.

Oh, uh, VSinger is the one exception to that. The reason for that is because we actually have a copyright called VSinger, which is a Chinese Vocaloid project.

I guess our other options that aren't just her name repeated are:
Out of these choices, I'm leaning towards her Twitch handle. It's one of the few that isn't based on the name Sakura Aoi, and is presumably (knowing nothing about this VTuber except what I can glean from her socials and web presence) more closely related to her VTuber activities than her sub Twitter is. If her unit were more than two people, I might prefer that, but here on Danbooru we're nuking idol duo tags in another thread as we speak.
So sakura_aoi_(greentea_oic) (again, unless anyone's got a better idea)
