Pripyat and Prypiat

Follow-up to topic #27719.

I propose aliasing Prypiat (transliteration from Ukrainian) to more commonly known Pripyat (transliteration from Russian), the same way as Wikipedia does.

I think it makes more sense to use a transliteration from the current owning country's state language.

Well, if you google "prypiat" you get autocorrected, and wikipedia uses Pripyat so...

IMO using the Ukrainian spelling makes more sense. The strong push for this spelling is relatively recent, so it hasn't properly caught on in many places yet, but in all likelihood we'll be seeing it displace the Russian spelling more and more as time goes on, so if an alias is to be made it'd make more sense to go for the Ukrainian spelling for the main tag.

We can switch them around when everyone else actually starts using the Ukrainian spelling.
