Tag Alias: hard_translation -> hard_translated

Seems like it would be a good idea to alias "hard_translation" to "hard_translated". I've made the mistake of searching for the that tag before, and even accidentally improperly tagged an image with it once, too (though, I did fix it, of course) - and I'm sure others may have trouble with this, too.

Though, I can probably see why this tag probably isn't aliased: Saying the term/tag "translated" works fine, while saying "translation" (at least for tagging purposes) seems dubious/off, at best.

Anyway, when saying the word "hard_translation" (unlike just "translation"), it seems grammatically sound & acceptable, so I think it would be a good candidate for aliasing.

Any thoughts?

Well it's not a bad idea to combine these, so people can search either. We can probably stuck with hard_translated since it matched partially_translated and translated. So, done.

In trivial cases, jxh2154 is all the review process we have. It's only when the changes are controversial and/or he's not around that it gets longer.
