[Fire Emblem] Shanna or Thea?

I am having trouble determining if the pegasus knight in this image is Shanna or Thea. While her hair color seems to be closer to Thea's in-game sprite, I have tagged the post as Shanna, because it seems more realistic (all the other characters in the image are early game units). If anyone has insight here, please let me know.

It is very likely Shanna for the reason you mentioned

for future reference though character identification requests fall under the "How do I tag this?" thread (unless it's something really complicated that warrants its own thread idk)
