I was actually waiting for someone to point that out since for some reason, her name in here was rendered as "Tooka" because it was assumed long ago that it was the "correct" one despite official saying otherwise (topic #10952). I agree that "Tohka" should be the correct romanization (then again, is there anything correct in Hepburn when there's multiple ways long vowels can go) because it's what's used officially.
