How should I tag this post? Cyborg or exoskeleton?

I think she has mechanical limbs because of how slim they are. Her upper arm is the same width as the mechanical arm, which gets even narrower at the elbow joint. She's not fitting her arm through there, it looks like a prosthesis.
But you're right, the other attachments on her shoulder and skirt look exoskeleton-y. Go ahead and tag it both cyborg+exoskeleton. Like Unbreakable said, in the future please use topic #12251 for questions about tagging a post.

Oh yeah, and her lower legs look quite slim as well, she doesn't appear to have calves. Not to mention her finger joints.
