On sock puppets

What's the consensus on sock puppets?

It seems that I already have an account on danbooru, named "jennon_donnon", but I forgot about it (owing probably to my bad memory regarding things I don't do often). Now I made this account, and have been contributing a bit to translations. I'd like to keep this one instead of the longer username.

Sock puppets (eg the many faces of Akemi) should be punished.
However, your isn't a sock puppet, since you didn't use it maliciously nor surreptitiously. Albert can probably merge the two accounts for you.

Ah well, I thought multiple accounts = sock puppetry. Thanks for the info.
