Seems to be the character’s official name, though the tweet is from 2019, so I don’t know if there is later material that contradicts this.
Tangentially related: Should we consider the character an artist self-insert? I’m getting mixed messages from the image text.
In more recent tweets she's referred to as Pink Haired Girl and in a 2020 tweet he said that was her name:
