Nipple tweak with toes should naturally imply the regular nipple tweak. It should imply between toes since the character's nipple is between the toes otherwise N.T.W.T wouldn't be applicable in the first place.
I agree with the first line. As for the second line, I'm not a foot guy, but I'm not sure if people searching between_toes are looking for this. Feels like something that might be "technically correct" but not actually helpful. I'll change my vote if the foot people speak up.

I get what you mean, but the wiki uses hair as a specific example and I reckon a nipple has more weight in an image than some hair.
I think the original intent of between toes is meant to be somewhat ambiguous like shadows.
I hadn't thought to ask what should be done with stepping_on_another's_breasts foot_on_breast. Would these be implied too? (I haven't found any other tags like these while using *breast* as the keyword in the tag menu.
