Since vedal987's channel now has 3 vtubers (vedal himself, neuro-sama, and evil-sama), it falls outside the scope of indie_virtual_youtuber as per the wiki page and we should go ahead and make a proper copy tag for the channel as a whole. Also unimply evil_neuro-sama from neuro-sama because they have separate character designs now.

He is the creator of the Neuro and Evil Neuro, but he also streams by himself sometimes, and not really? Evil Neuro is just a color swap of regular Neruro

The wiki article for indie virtual youtuber says quite clearly
sharing a channel with at least one (1) more VTuber, the copyright tag would be of the channel instead;

Canonically Evil is Neuro's twin and they appear simultaneously and interact with each other often, so either way I don't think the implication is appropriate.

Skipping over semantics over the fact that AI are digital intellectual property and not people and cannot use anything, the channel is called vedal987. See twitch. I admit it's a little strange to be using some guy's online handle/vtuber person as a copytag but the whole point is clearly the state of affairs where there are multiple vtuber/character designs/personas/etc streaming on one channel is not the intended use of Indie Virtual Youtuber.
We can always rename the copytag later if an official org name becomes available, but creating the copytag first right now and then aliasing it later will be much easier than having to go back and having to manually sort through whether or not it should still be tagged with indie virtual youtuber when there are even more images to go through.

Additionally having Evil Neuro-sama imply Neuro-sama is horrific for usability. It makes it actually impossible to search for any Evil Neuro-sama posts without Neuro-sama. Right now we only have this arrangement because Neuro-sama is being used as a copytag despite being a charactertag, which was an alright adhoc arrangement when the vtuber is new but we should really correct this state of affairs.

Evil Neuro-sama and Neuro-sama are distinct characters (even if you want to call Evil's design a palette swap), so removing the implication is an easy call. And I guess the rest makes sense, too.

Vedal AI is also the name he uses for his organization on GitHub. Though the publisher name for his upcoming game on Steam is just Vedal.
A +1 for Vedal AI, just to keep things distinctive and to possibly free up "vedal" for his character tag.

Vedal AI as the copytag and Vedal987 as the chartag is a good idea, I agree with the above.
Here's an alternate BUR that just removes the Evil -> Neuro implication.
As stated above, they're different characters. They absolutely should not be implicated like this.

Ah, I didn't realize someone had already moved the category to vedal_ai. This is why you should not make changes while BURs are pending. Do we revert vedal (vedal987) back?
