Self-explanatory

there are some posts in which the character is not depicted as holding a flower between the lips (which appears to be what our definition of "mouth hold" entails), rather, the flower in question is placed on the character's tongue. an example of such would be post #8013481. does it still fall under "mouth hold"?

I'd support the flower implication, but not the other one given what sinfulprcupine pointed out above
