create alias outworld_devourer_(dota) -> outworld_destroyer_(dota)
As of 17 Dec 2020 (dota patch 7.28) Outworld_Devourer_(dota) was renamed to Outworld Destroyer however this should not be a rename since most of community still refer him as Outworld Devourer by using abbreviation OD
