create implication tattoo_sleeve -> tattoo
I'm requesting this implication because 'sleeve' can refer to either an arm or leg sleeve, but I am open to instead creating a 'leg tattoo sleeve'/'tattoo leg sleeve' tag, gardening appropriately, and creating the following two implications instead:
imply tattoo_sleeve -> arm_tattoo
imply leg_tattoo_sleeve -> leg_tattoo
Alternatively we could nuke the tag altogether as 'tag bloat', but I really think the first option makes the most sense, as it fits the Merriam-Webster definition of "a collection of tattoos or one large tattoo that covers the arm or leg", and I think it's useful to be able to search for full-arm/full-leg tattoos rather than just a single small tattoo located in those locations.
